ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - The mayor resigned Wednesday after a two-week absence from office during which he checked himself into a rehabilitation clinic to help overcome his pill popping behavior.  Robert Levy's disappearance came amid a federal investigation for embellishing his Army service in Vietnam.  Levy stole the city issued Dodge Durango without telling anyone what he was doing.
