Did you know you can get things done by filling out requests on the forms page?
Change network circuits, request file restores, and make a general request for assistance. When a request becomes popular enough, a specific form is created to streamline getting the information we need. You can also send questions to the consultant. What happens to these requests? The requests go into the CSS request service; everyone on staff has access to it. Administrators and consultants take the requests and act on or answer them. A request is pushed along by consulting if it remains in the queue too long.
Don't be shy; come down and see us room 1253 SC. If there is a problem in our labs, send an email or fill out a general request form to keep us informed.
Color printing (only $0.25) and 11"X17" ($0.05) printing is available in 1253 SC.
