Description

Allows current University of Iowa employees to self-register for an online FERPA training course (see the Registrar's FERPA page for more info).

A user may sign up via a custom login page that verifies current employee status, enrolls the user in the ICON course site, then forwards the user to the course homepage.

The Office of the Registrar uses a daily automation to retrieve new grades from the ICON gradebook, in order to track compliance and issue certificates of completion.
