**Updated Department Policy for Change of Registration Forms (specifically to drop a class):
If you wish to drop a Theatre Arts course, you must obtain the signature of the faculty member teaching the course. If you cannot meet the faculty member in person and he/she gives permission in writing or via email, the office staff will sign your form.
