| Course Approval | Universal Workflow (12/2016) | The Course Approval workflow is designed to assist departments in adding, dropping, or revising courses. |
| Course Fee Workflow | Universal Workflow- Billing Office updated from MAUI in 10/2020 | The Course Fee Workflow is design to allow departments to create a new course fee or renew an existing course fee. Course fees are renewed every 5 years. This workflow was created under the Billing Office's Universal Workflow Office, rather than the Office of the Registrar. |
| Grades | MAUI | The Grades workflow was created to assist in the submission of grades at the end of each term. This work currently resides in MAUI. Although, if a particular slip is assigned directly to an individual it will appear in their Universal Workflow box. |
| Honors Contract Form and Honors Contract Completion Form | Universal Workflow | The Honors Contract Form is initiated by Honors Students (both University Honors and Honors in the Major) so they can receive honors credit for non-honors courses. |
| Inactive Courses | Universal Workflow (10/2016) | The Inactive Courses workflow will send a workflow form to those departments that have not taught a particular course in four years or more. Departments then have the ability to drop or keep the course. |
| Offerings Planner | MAUI | The Offerings Planner workflow was created to aid in the submission of course offerings in planner for each session. This workflow currently resides in MAUI. Although, if a particular slip is assigned directly to an individual it will appear in their Universal Workflow box. |
Sample Plan Workflow (Create and Update) | Universal Workflow (05/2018) | The Sample Plan Workflow as created to aid in the creation and revision of sample plans. |
