This is the home of the Race, Privilege, and Cultural Competence in the Classroom Materials Database, also known as the "Diversity Toolkit."
This site contains a variety of readings, activities, and exercises which explore issues related to Race, Privilege and Cultural Competence.  Click on the Content Page heading (such as "Activities and Excercises") to access the list of materials available in each content area.  To see the list of attachments after you get to the Content Page, please click on the "TOOLS" menu on the right side of the screen and click "ATTACHMENTS."

The Diversity Toolkit is maintained by the Women's Resource and Action Center at The University of Iowa, www.uiowa.edu/~wrac.  It is a work in progress and we invite you to submit your own resources to be included in the database by contacting wrac@uiowa.edu.
